?/ 100
  • Headline: more than a job title?
  • About: long enough to say who you help?
  • Experience: does your latest role say what you did?
  • Results: any numbers in there?
  • Skills, education and location

A score out of 100 and one plain fix for each part, biggest wins first.

Before they follow you

A LinkedIn profile checker
that tells you what to fix.

Every good post sends people to one place: your profile. They look at your photo, read your headline, skim your About section and decide in a few seconds whether to follow you, reply to you or hire you. If the profile is half-done, the post did all that work for nothing.

This free LinkedIn profile checker reads your profile the way a visitor would. You copy your whole profile page and paste it in. Wiri sorts it into sections and checks each one: is your headline more than a job title, is your About long enough to say who you help, does your latest role say what you did, are there numbers anywhere, do you have enough skills, education and a location. If it looks like you only copied part of the page, Wiri tells you.

You get a score out of 100, the parts you nailed and the parts to fix, sorted so the biggest wins come first. Each fix is one plain sentence, with a link to the free tool that helps you do it.

How to check your LinkedIn profile

  1. Open your own profile on LinkedIn on a computer.
  2. Select the whole page with ⌘A or Ctrl+A, copy it, and paste it here.
  3. Press Check my profile. Wiri reads it in about 20 seconds.
  4. Start with the fix at the top of the list. It’s worth the most points.

What a strong profile has

A headline that says who you help, not just your title. “Product Manager at Acme” tells people where you work. “I help small SaaS teams ship what customers ask for” tells them why to follow you.

An About section of three short paragraphs: who you help, how you do it, and one story or result that proves it. Write it like you’d introduce yourself at a meetup. Not like a resume.

Experience with numbers in it. People managed, money saved, time cut, customers won. One number beats three adjectives.

Tip: Your photo and banner do more work than anything you write. A clear face and a banner that says what you do get people to read the rest.

Questions about the LinkedIn profile checker.

How do I check my LinkedIn profile?

Open your profile in a browser on a computer, press Ctrl+A to select the whole page, copy it and paste it into the checker. It scores your headline, About, experience, results, skills, education and location.

What is a good LinkedIn profile score?

85 or more is strong. Between 65 and 85 is a good start with a few easy fixes. Below 65 means there are quick wins in your headline and About section.

Does it check my photo and banner?

No. A copied profile page is only text, so the checker scores only what the text shows. A clear photo and your own banner still matter, and the guide on this page covers them.

Can I check my profile on my phone?

It works best on a computer. The LinkedIn app doesn’t let you copy your whole profile, so open the checker on a laptop or desktop.

Is the LinkedIn profile checker free?

Yes. You get 5 free AI uses a day without an account, shared across Wiral’s free AI tools. Each check uses one.

Is my profile stored?

Your paste is sent to an AI model to sort it into sections and isn’t used to train AI. We don’t keep it.

Posting every week is the hard part.

Wiral turns a thought, a voice note or a link into three posts that sound like you, with images and carousels built in. You pick one, it goes in your queue.
