Questions about pricing
What are AI credits?
Wiri uses credits when it writes for you: a set of three posts, a rewrite, new hooks or a carousel. Scheduling, posting and editing never use any. Your credits refresh every month.
What happens if I run out?
Wiri tells you, and everything you’ve made stays put. You can move up a plan, or wait for next month.
Is Wiral safe for my LinkedIn account?
Yes. We use LinkedIn’s official sign-in and sharing, follow its rate limits, and only post what you schedule.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Add your GST or VAT number at checkout and every invoice includes it. Invoices come from Dodo Payments, our reseller.
What happens to my posts if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Your posts, ideas, drafts and files stay, and you can read and export them any time. Wiri stops writing, and anything scheduled after your plan ends moves to Drafts instead of going out. We email you before that happens. Come back whenever you like and pick up where you left off.
What if I move to a smaller plan?
Nothing is deleted. If you’re over the new storage limit, everything stays, but you can’t upload more until you free up space or move up again. Carousels you designed with premium features stay as they are.
Can I switch or cancel any time?
Yes, from Settings › Billing. Switching starts straight away, and if you cancel you keep everything until the end of the period.
