From a thought to a post

A LinkedIn post generator
that doesn’t sound like AI.

Most AI post generators give you the same post everyone else gets. “In today’s fast-paced world.” Five emoji. A question at the end that could go under any post. People spot it in the first line and scroll on.

This free LinkedIn post generator runs on the same writer we built for Wiral, with the same house rules: a hook that makes people click “…more”, short paragraphs, plain words, and nothing made up. Type your idea, the way you’d say it to a friend. Pick the kind of post (a story, tips, an opinion, a lesson or an announcement), a tone and a length. You get one finished post in a LinkedIn preview. Edit it, copy it and post it.

How to write a LinkedIn post with AI

  1. Type your idea in a sentence or two. Add a detail only you know, like a number, a name or what actually happened.
  2. Say who you are, so the post sounds like someone in your job wrote it.
  3. Pick the kind of post, the tone and the length, and press Write my post.
  4. Read it in the preview, change anything that isn’t you, then copy it into LinkedIn.

Give it something real to work with

An AI writer is only as good as what you give it. “Write about leadership” gets you a post about leadership that nobody remembers. “My best engineer quit last week and told me why” gets you a post people read to the end.

Your job is to bring the detail. The writer brings the structure, the hook and the rhythm.

Tip: The generator never invents results, clients or stories. If you don’t give it a number, it won’t make one up. That’s on purpose. A made-up number on LinkedIn is one comment away from embarrassing you.

The hook decides everything

LinkedIn shows about 210 characters on desktop before it cuts your post with “…more”, and less on a phone. If those first lines don’t pull people in, the rest of the post doesn’t exist.

The writer weighs three openings before it picks one. Want a second opinion? Paste the first lines into the LinkedIn hook checker and see what shows before the cut.

Make it yours before you post

Read the post out loud once. If a line sounds like something you’d never say, change it. Run it through the AI writing checker to catch stiff phrases, and the LinkedIn readability checker to cut long sentences.

Want bold words, a list or a first comment? Paste it into the LinkedIn post formatter. Need hashtags? The LinkedIn hashtag generator picks 3 to 5 that fit.

Questions about the LinkedIn post generator.

Is the LinkedIn post generator free?

Yes. You can write 3 posts a day without an account. They come out of the 5 free AI uses a day shared across Wiral’s free AI tools.

Will the post sound like AI wrote it?

It’s written to sound like a person: plain words, short paragraphs, no em dashes and none of the phrases that give AI away. Still, read it once and change anything you wouldn’t say. Your own details make the biggest difference.

Will it make things up about me?

No. It only uses what you type. If your idea is a story without details, it writes about that kind of moment instead of inventing what happened to you.

How long can a LinkedIn post be?

Up to 3,000 characters. Short posts here run 40 to 90 words, medium 90 to 170 and long 170 to 280, all well within the limit.

Is my idea stored?

Your idea is sent to an AI model to write the post and isn’t used to train AI. We don’t keep your post.

Posting every week is the hard part.

Wiral turns a thought, a voice note or a link into three posts that sound like you, with images and carousels built in. You pick one, it goes in your queue.
