Why your style matters more than a template
People follow people. They follow you because you sound like a real person they’d want to hear from again. The moment you switch to a template, you sound like everyone else using it.
Your style is how you already talk at work: the way you explain things to a new colleague, the way you tell a story at lunch. Your job is to write like that, then tidy it up. Tidy, not rewrite.
Tip: A storyteller forcing a list post, or an analyst forcing a feel-good story, reads as fake within two lines. Play to your style first. Stretch later.
